Job Description: Program Manager for complex CBRNE project providing studies and analysis for training and readiness, exercise development, exercise execution, technology analysis, and development of plans and/or procedures. Overseas the plans and procedures that support the 20th CBRNE Command’s missions include Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), Contingency Plans (CONPLANs), Operations Plans (OPLANs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provides. Provides the Command with recommendations for required training, exercises, plans, and procedures to sustain and enhance operational readiness by integrating existing and new concepts, equipment, and technologies.

 

Location: The work shall be accomplished primarily at APG, Aberdeen MD.

 

Education:  Advanced degree in the science field or a minimum of 20 years of equivalent military and DOD Counter-WMD experience.

 

Required Experience/Knowledge:

  •       Comprehensive understanding of the 20th CBRNE Command’s overall mission, technical requirements, and emerging needs.
  •       20 years’ experience managing complex, technical projects up to the Top- Secret level.
  •      Recent and direct working relationships with USSOCOM, JSOC, and USASOC for contingency planning, operations, training, and exercises.
  •       Current knowledge is defined as being direct support within the last two years.
  •        Direct and in-depth knowledge of plans training, exercise, and readiness programs, and organizing and managing operations. Current knowledge is defined as being direct support within the last two years.
  •         Experience with doctrine development, planning, execution, assessment, and recent military CBRNE experience.
  •        Direct and in-depth knowledge and experience with CBRNE operational and contingency planning at the COCOM, Joint, interagency and Coalition levels, and integration of multi-national CBRNE and CWMD capabilities.
  •        Demonstrated expertise planning and coordinating CWMD activities and the associated tasks to isolate, exploit, disable, dispose, monitor, and redirect WMD at the COCOM and Service Component Command levels.
  •        Demonstrated expertise in advanced threat agents, threat agent science, planning, and coordination for development of new Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP).
  •        Demonstrated experience and expertise planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating Army and Joint service operations and exercises.

Clearance: Have a current DOD Top Secret - Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) clearance and the ability to read-on to the Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) programs supported by 20th CBRNE Command.

Travel:  Required to various locations.
