Organization and Personnel Force Development (OPFD) is responsible for the Active Army and Reserve Components core competencies of Organization and Personnel force development in accordance with the eight Personnel Life Cycle Management Functions and the six Force Organization Functions. OPFD identifies, evaluates, develops, monitors, and adjusts personnel and force development programs. OPFD forecasts personnel requirements for Army Aviation Officers, Warrant Officers, and Enlisted Soldiers. OPFD accurately forecasts training, sustainment, structure, and acquisition requirements. Additionally, OPFD provides combat development analysis and recommendations; develops organizational vision for planning and system integration; conducts strategic planning, data collection, and analysis for all Aviation programs.

Qualifications:

·         Former Army Officer or Senior Warrant Officer with at least ten (10) years of Aviation experience.

·         Knowledge of DOD and Army Aviation transformation

·         Experience as a Senior Program Analyst

·         DOTMLPF experience

·         Recent combat operations knowledge to aid in developing the right requirements for the Aviation Warfighter

·         Experience in Microsoft Windows/Office Suite

·         Active Secret Clearance
