Provide on-site representation to the Maneuver Center of Excellence at Ft. Benning, GA to address all requirements development and integration issues concerning PM SBCT managed systems. In addition, provide the Director TCM SBCT the professional services required to assist in the combat development, requirements development, test and evaluation, training and leader development integration, logistics sustainment integration, and network/mission command systems integration in determining both material and non-material solutions for SBCT Combat Systems and personnel across all Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership Development, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) domains.

Test & Evaluation

 Test & Evaluation qualifications and prerequisites: A minimum of six (6) years of technical experience in maintenance, training management, and tactical employment of the Stryker while conducting DA operational training or deployment in an SBCT, or six (6) of experience serving in a TRADOC organization conducting SBCT specific DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor. Experience in company/battalion troop leading positions is required.

Stryker Vehicle Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) 

TADSS qualifications and prerequisites: A minimum of six (6) years of technical experience in maintenance, training management, and tactical employment of the Stryker while conducting DA operational training or deployment in an SBCT, or six (6) of experience serving in a TRADOC organization conducting SBCT specific DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor. Experience in company/battalion troop leading positions is required.

Training and Leader Development Integration

Training and Leader Development Integration qualifications and prerequisites: A minimum of nine (9) years serving in an IBCT or SBCT while planning, resourcing, performing, and supervising BCT training and leader development tasks while conducting DA operational training or deployment, and a minimum of three (3) years performing DOTMLPF development or integration in a TRADOC organization conducting SBCT specific DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor. Experience in company, battalion, and brigade troop leading positions and/or experience as a certified PME or functional training course instructor is preferred.

Logistics, Sustainment and Safety Integration

Logistics, Sustainment and Safety Integration qualifications and prerequisites: A minimum of nine (9) years’ experience assigned to, or supporting BCT Logistics, Sustainment and Safety programs while conducting DA operational training or deployment, and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience serving in a CASCOM/TRADOC organization conducting DOTMLPF development and integration for Logistics, Sustainment and Safety programs as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor.

Network and Mission Command Integration

Network and Mission Command Integration qualifications and prerequisites: A minimum of six (6) years of technical experience in fielding, training, sustainment, maintenance, and employment of Army Mission Command Systems while conducting DA operational training or deployment in a maneuver BCT, and three (3) years of experience serving in a FORSCOM or TRADOC organization conducting testing, evaluation, and integration of emerging network and mission command system technologies as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor. Experience in tactical network operations, or as a S6 OIC / NCOIC in battalion or brigade field tactical command posts is preferred.
