Seeking a Program Manager to support the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Information Technology and Communication Services (ITACS) office, headquarters command for Navy Medicine in Falls Church, VA.

The BUMED ITACS Program Manager manages the people and services performed on contract spanning over 4 CONUS locations. Employees managed include a Network team, a Server team, a Cyber Security team, a help desk team, a Share Point development team and a staff admin services team. The PM manages resources ensures quality services are provided and reports back to ECS as needed about the situational status onsite.

Required Skills:

·        Must have a Secret Clearance

·        Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related technical experience and discipline plus 10 years of project management (general)

·        or 5 years of Technical Program Management Experience

·        Project Management Professional (PMP);

·        ITIL V3 Foundations

·        Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) (Preferred)
