Title: Information Assurance Clerical Support

Job Summary

The Information Assurance Analyst is responsible for screening and routing work requests that are received by the Information Assurance Office via the Remedy Ticketing System.  The IAA processes new account requests, ensuring that all submitted documentation is in compliance with existing regulations and policies and is uploaded to the Army Training and Certification tracking System (ATCTS).  The IAA is responsible for routing cyber tasking orders and network bulletin requirements to the appropriate personnel for resolution, updating trackers as updates are received, and reviewing user accounts for required training on a daily basis.  The IAA will be required to prepare reports and slides for use in presentations and to provide information using data provided by the IA or staff.  In addition, the IAA will perform other administrative duties as required. 

 

Related work experience required: 

4 years desired (2 years minimum) in customer service, ticket management, or audio/visual operations.  The ideal candidate will be familiar with the regulations and policies of the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS).

 

Education/Degree:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in audio/video technologies, computer science, engineering, business, or other related discipline; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

·        Ability to work in a ticket management system to ensure all required equipment information is collected and entered into the tracking system

·        Must be able to read and write effectively in English

·        Must embrace safety principles of Summit to include adhering to safe work practices and standards while performing daily tasks, taking responsibility for own and coworkers’ safekeeping and encouraging other to work safely

·        Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management

·        Must perform work activities requiring interaction, negotiating, instructing, supervising, persuading or speaking with others

·        Must be able to work under supervision and respond appropriately and professionally to criticism from a supervisor

·        Must be able to identify and analyze the inflow of service tickets via the customer ticketing system

·        Must have excellent time management and organizational skills

·        Must have the ability and willingness to learn multiple skill sets

 

Requirements:

·    SEC+ 

·   Must be able to pass necessary background checks to obtain and common access card (CAC) and a Guardnet user account
