Project Manager – Training Management Directorate (TMD)

 

TMD is the Army’s training development proponent for training management. TMD develops training management focused training and education products to support both internal TMD courses/Mobile Training Teams (MTT) and other Army proponent material. The Army Training Management System (ATMS) is an Army wide (AA/RC), integrated, training management enterprise system that incorporates the Digital Training Management System (DTMS), Army Training Network (ATN), Course Manager (CM), and ATMS Development Tool (ATMS-DT) to provide units and institutions the capability to manage training.

 

Requirements:

  • ·         A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an area of interest in adult education, Five (5) years of Training management, or analysis of training data and information;
  • ·         Graduate of the United States Army CGSC, ILE, Sergeants Major Academy or military service school equivalent;
  • ·         Ten (10) + years of military experience training or training development in the Operational or Institutional Army.
  • ·         Professional working knowledge of ATMS and its role in supporting Army training management requirements.
  • ·         Passport preferred 
  • ·         Secret Clearance preferred
  • NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract award
