Position Summary
The Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) Program Manager’s responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:
  • Managing an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides education and training support to the United States (U.S.) Army, foreign military, other services, and civilian personnel for military occupational specialties and professional development; and is geographically dispersed (the work is primarily performed in Fort Gordon, GA and potentially in Fort Huachuca, AZ; Shepard AFB, TX; Fort Meade, MD; Pensacola, FL; and Fort Sill, OK)
  • Supervising employees and their work requirements and schedules
  • Analyzing project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates
  • Coordinating projects and implementing needed process improvements
  • Gathering and providing required information to assist with coordination support efforts

Minimum Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements
  • 8-10 years of documented management experience in Program/Project Management Training on contracts of similar size (at least 100 employees) and scope (providing education and training support to the U.S. Army, foreign military, other services, and civilian personnel for military occupational specialties and professional development); and problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Possess either a master’s degree in Business or Education or one year’s experience working as a Program Manager
  • Capable of coordinating contractor employees’ work schedules/assignments
  • Able to communicate orally and in writing with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
  • Possess Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) Certification
  • Possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
  • A relevant combination of the above education, skills, and experience
