Must have the ability to or knowledge of:

·        Excellent problem-solving skills.

·        Effective communication in both verbal and written form.

·        Experience using Microsoft Exchange.

·        Remote connectivity.

·        Previous experience within a helpdesk/customer service environment.

·        Current CompTIA or Microsoft certification.
