Must have the ability to or knowledge of:

·        Graphics: Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks 3D Software: 3DStudio Max, Maya

·        Instructional Development Software: Authorware, ToolBook, Quest, Director, Blackboard, and WebCT

·        Web/Multimedia Development Software: Flash MX, Microsoft FrontPage, and Dreamweaver MX

·        Programming/Scripting Languages: HTML, XML, JavaScript, ActionScript, PHP, and Lingo

·        Broad understanding of web technologies and a background in instructional design and/or online learning theory required.

·        Possess a working knowledge of TRADOC Regulation 350-70

·        Review training requirements, conduct front-end analysis, and assist with training evaluations (formative and summative).  Inherent in this duty is the selection and documentation of the analytical methodology selected.

·        Develop, review, and provide technical assistance for training programs to include computer-based training, programmed texts, video tapes and films, embedded training products, correspondence courses, programs of instruction (POIs), visual aides, job aides, lesson plans, and other training support material.

·        At Least five years of training experience.
