Information Technology / Information System Security Officer (ISSO) M&S shall:
• Provide verification of one certification in A+CE or CCNA-Security or Network+CE or SSCP or *Security+CE or other IAT Level II or III certification. Within six months of hire must provide verification of completion of Windows: MS Exam 70‐411 "Administering Windows Server 2012", or Windows training approved by the CBL Information Assurance Manager (IAM) or the CBL Contracting Officer Representative (COR); and for Linux: provide verification of completion of the Linux+CE cert, or Linux training approved by the CBL IAM or the CBL COR; and complete Risk Management Framework (RMF) training approved by the CBL IAM or CBL COR.
• Possess experience in: assessing & mitigating risk in information systems; performing compliance auditing of information systems; developing and maintaining DoD information systems accreditation documentation; coordinating & leading configuration control board activities.
• Possess experience in: DoD information desktop systems configuration; vulnerability management & patching processes; standard Army desktop image operating systems and applications.
• Possess experience in: troubleshooting & resolving issues with Microsoft Operating Systems for both servers and desktops; providing first-line technical support to users and coordinating external support as needed.
• Obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
