Reconnaissance and Security DOTMLPF Integrator knowledge must include individual Cavalry Scout Soldier, non-commissioned and commission officers through command sergeant major and colonel, and organizations from scout squad to brigade level R&S task force. These services require the contractor to expertly apply R&S Knowledge in the following manner.

·         Collection and maintenance of evolving R&S lessons learned and supporting data for use in R&S DOTMLPF development and integration at squad, platoon, troop, squadron and echelons above brigade formation.

·         Monitor and participate in key efforts in individual DOTMLPF domains that depend on TCM Recon action to ensure R&S integration.

·         Ascertain whether completed, current, or planned R&S DOTMLPF development initiatives are guided by future R&S concepts, R&S doctrinal principles, R&S organizing principles and are coordinated with MCoE R&S Community of Practice.

·         Prepare assessments, recommendations, and concepts that are reviewed or received by senior leaders to include general officers.

·         Apply expert knowledge on threat R&S capabilities, concepts, operations and likely operating environments.

·         Prepare assessments and analysis in accordance with TRADOC processes.

·         Apply R&S doctrine development (Squad to Corps) to ensure a concept informed process.

·         Participate in force design processed to ensure required R&S change is justified (squad to BCT).

·         Apply knowledge of Cavalry scout individual and collective tasks (Soldier to Brigade).

·         Participate in requirements determination processes applying an expert knowledge of R&S required capabilities and capability gaps.

·         Support leader development processes and the tenants and major subjects presented in the enlisted and officer educational system for cavalry scouts and officers serving in R&S formations.

·         Support personnel development processes to identify related doctrine, organization and training synchronization points.

·         Apply a detailed knowledge of existing and draft R&S concepts (platoon to BCT) to inform materiel requirements determination processes.

Basic Qualifications:

·         Cavalry Scout experience (E-7/O-3 or above)

·         DOTMLPF Experience

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Reconnaissance and Security Concept knowledge & experience

·         Secret Clearance

·         Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
