Job Description:
Conduct E-PRISMS survey of all Real Property assets at West Point having a unit of measure (UM) of Square Feet (SF). Ensure that all historic assets measured in SF are surveyed at a rate of not less than one (1) time per three (3) years. Ensure that all non- historic assets measured in SF are surveyed at a rate of not less than one (1) time per five (5) years. Conduct E-PRISMS survey for any facility undergoing construction that results in a change to floor plans, a change in occupancy, or a change in usage type (ie: warehouse turned to office). Report to Real Property Master Planning personnel all field survey findings that reflect a change in usage type or occupancy and consult prior to making final changes in the E-PRISMS database. Communicate frequently with Real Property Master Planning staff in order to reconcile and synchronize the Real Property Inventory (RPI) with field survey findings and E-PRISMS database updates. Manage all E-PRISMS and CAD data/records, to include as built drawings, ensuring that CAD file content and format is suitable for interaction with GIS and E-PRISMS databases, and other computer related services. Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects with frequent customer contact. Provide introductory training to new E-PRISMS users, and general questions regarding database usage.
Basic Qualifications:
· 2 years of the above E-PRISMS Database and CAD Manager experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer-Aided Design or Engineering Design Technology
· Required – Ability to gain and maintain a DoD SECRET Clearance
· Preferred – A current DoD SECRET security clearance
