Subject matter expert in Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) to monitor, participate in and report on IBCT Warfighter Forum (WfF) activities, related to IBCT DOTMLPF developments. The employee will be responsible to attend ABCT and SBCT WfF events and collect unit lessons learned in order to advise TCM-IBCT on emerging issues and their impact on IBCT DOTMLPF.

Basic Qualifications:

Secret Security Clearance

Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) SME

DOTMLPF Experience

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to schedule Secure Video Conferencing and quarterly IBCT WfF presentations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational software
