Mission command subject matter expert provide expertise in the development and integration of current and future vehicle mission command requirements as they apply across IBCT DOTMLPF domains. The Contractor shall observe and/or participate in vehicle mission command experimentation and evaluations related to IBCT. The employee will be responsible for providing written correspondence that describes activities, analysis, assessments, results and/or decisions based on these events, to TCM-IBCT. Monitoring mission command and tactical communications network related activities at TRADOC Centers of Excellence, acquisition organizations, and relevant defense industry contractors to establish and maintain an active continuity record of ongoing relevant activities as they relate to IBCT. The employee shall monitor mission command and tactical network related work groups, management reviews, demonstrations and meetings that focus on tactical network developments, integration and/or any significant change(s) that have an effect inside IBCT formations.
Basic Qualifications:
Secret Security Clearance
Expert mission command knowledge
IBCT DOTMLPF domain knowledge
Tactical Vehicle Knowledge
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational software
Time management and self-starter
*This position will require frequent travel
