Performs duties as a Military Analyst to provide Lessons Learned (LL) products in the form of Observation Reports (ORs) and Initial Impressions Reports (IIRs) for Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) subject area of Military Police (MP); and related administrative deliverables including meeting notes and reports as specified in this PWS.

Education** – High School Diploma; preferred- Bachelors’ Degree

Experience** -

  • Three years of experience as an officer (03 or above) or senior NCO (E8 or above) or Warrant Officer (CWO3 or above) in the areas of U.S. Army Military Police 
  • Five years’ experience working with Microsoft Office ® products including MS Word, Explorer, Excel, and a working knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe Connect (Defense Connect Online); or an equivalent combination of directly-related experience, training, and education.

Knowledge** -

  • Have a working knowledge of AR 11-33, Army Lessons Learned Program (17 October 2006).
  • Ability to prepare Military Correspondence IAW AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence, 17 May 2013.

Clearance** –

  • Possess and maintain an active security clearance level of SECRET throughout the period of performance, to include proof of a NATO security briefing.
