Military Analyst (ABCT Formations)

Multiple Positions Available

 

 

Military Analyst support includes, but is not limited to, conducting research and analysis to execute, operate, maintain, and assist in the integration of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) improvements for the Armored Brigade Combat Team (TCM ABCT) formations.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities, and Functions:

·         Execute, operate, maintain and assist in the integration of DOTMLPF improvements into ABCT formations to include:

o    Organizational Capabilities and Capabilities

o    Abrams and Bradley Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS)

o    Armored Multipurpose Vehicle (AMPV)

o    Sustainment and Logistics

o    Tactical Communications Network and Command Post

·         Collect, analyze and maintain ABCT unit lessons learned data

·         Monitor and/or participate in efforts that impact DOTMLPF integration

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Specific DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret military regulations, manuals, and training specifications.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with Army personnel, government representatives, and other responsible agents to facilitate timely analysis and solution development of draft deliverables.
  • Ability to clearly communicate (both oral and written); speak effectively and knowledgeably before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area.
  • Three to five years’ experience in DOTMLPF-P development and integration for ABCT formation organizational and capabilities development.
  • Master Gunner (e.g. Abrams, Bradley, Combat Platform).
  • Proven experience and capability using MS Office Suite and basic computer systems.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance:

Current US Government issued Secret Clearance.
