Project Analyst – ANG Executive Secretariat / SACO

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support ANG Executive Secretariat/SACO staff action and workflow operations. This role requires strong coordination, tracking, writing, and research skills to support formal communication and correspondence for ANG equities.

Responsibilities

  • Support staff action control and tasker management activities.
  • Track assigned tasks from receipt through final action.
  • Coordinate with ANG directorates, NGB offices, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with response package preparation and document routing.
  • Conduct research and collect information needed for leadership responses.
  • Maintain tracker, SharePoint, roster, and repository data.
  • Provide tasker status updates and suspense reminders.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and workflow management products.
  • Support quality reviews for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle sensitive information appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of relevant experience in staff action support, project coordination, executive support, military staff operations, or workflow management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume work and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ANG, Air Force, NGB, or headquarters staff experience.
  • Experience with ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, TMT, SharePoint, Teams, or similar systems.
  • Experience preparing or coordinating senior-level correspondence.
