Project Analyst – NGB Joint Action Control Office

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Top Secret required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support the NGB Joint Action Control Office. The Project Analyst will help coordinate governance engagements, staff actions, meeting information, taskers, document repositories, and NGB position development involving internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support governance meeting management, calendars, attendee lists, and RSVP tracking.
  • Support tasker intake, review, routing, tracking, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with Action Officers, Workflow Managers, NGB staff, and external offices.
  • Maintain document repositories, meeting records, task trackers, and status reports.
  • Conduct research on staff actions and prior related items.
  • Support packaging and distribution of documents.
  • Assist with governance meeting read-ahead coordination and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality when supporting sensitive senior-leader actions.
  • Escalate late, contentious, or high-visibility items to Government leads.
  • Support continuity products and process improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of relevant experience in staff action support, project analysis, executive administrative support, meeting coordination, or military staff operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NGB JACO, Joint Staff, OSD, HQDA, HAF, or DoD coordination processes.
  • Experience with ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, JSAP, DoD Directives Portal, or similar tasking systems.
  • Experience supporting classified staff action workflows.
