Issuance Analyst – NGB Executive Secretariat

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking an Issuance Analyst to support NGB issuance tracking, review, reporting, policy documentation, SOP maintenance, and staff action coordination. The Issuance Analyst will help ensure NGB issuances are processed, reviewed, validated, and maintained in accordance with applicable guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Track NGB issuances requiring review, update, validation, staffing, or corrective action.
  • Maintain issuance status reports, suspense dates, OPR information, and staffing levels.
  • Monitor issuance-related task queues and provide updates to Government staff.
  • Review issuance packages for completeness prior to final approval.
  • Maintain lists of issuances that require annual or five-year validation.
  • Support monthly and annual issuance reports and analytical reviews.
  • Maintain issuance-related SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
  • Support training sessions and working groups related to issuance processes.
  • Coordinate with Action Officers, Workflow Managers, and Government leads.
  • Support electronic storage, records organization, and archive processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, English, Political Science, Records Management, Policy, or related field preferred.
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience in policy support, issuance management, staff action processing, document control, or records management.
  • Strong writing, editing, tracking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CNGB, DoD, Army, Air Force, or NGB issuance processes.
  • Experience supporting policy development, executive correspondence, or staff action control.
  • Experience maintaining SOPs and training materials.
