About Summit Technologies
Summit Technologies is seeking a Software Security Systems Analyst to provide system administration and cybersecurity support across the complete spectrum of mission planning systems supporting Department of Defense operations. This position is located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and requires an active Secret security clearance.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting secure computing environments, implementing cybersecurity requirements, and managing system configurations in accordance with DoD standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Time Compliance Network Order (TCNO) sets in support of the Mission Planning Enterprise (MPE).

Build and maintain TCNO sets based on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software environments identified within the MPE.

Conduct security reviews of Mission Planning Enterprise System Security Authorization Agreements (SSAAs) and related security documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and supporting contracts to evaluate and validate TCNO sets.

Create, implement, maintain, and configuration-control Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across Mission Planning Enterprise environments.

Support system administration and cybersecurity compliance activities.

Maintain accurate configuration management and security documentation.

Communicate effectively with coworkers, government personnel, and customers to support mission requirements.

Assist with troubleshooting, security implementation, and system configuration efforts.
Required Qualifications

Active Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire.

Ability and willingness to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within six (6) months of hire.

Ability to successfully complete a U.S. Government background investigation.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Five (5) years of directly related experience may be substituted for a degree.

Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security, or equivalent).

Experience supporting Department of Defense mission planning systems.

Experience with Group Policy management, configuration control, and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
