Military Analyst / ORSA (Operations Research Systems Analyst)

Job Summary

The ORSA Analyst provides advanced analytical support for aviation capability development, training requirements, and force design analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct operations research and systems analysis to support aviation planning.
Analyze fielding, training, and force design requirements.
Develop data-driven recommendations and analytical reports.
Support leadership decision-making through modeling, analysis, and assessments.

Qualifications

Operations Research / Data Analytics experience
Strong quantitative analysis skills
Experience with modeling tools and analytical software
Active Secret clearance required
Minimum 10 years of experience in military operations, planning, or related analytical support.
