Senior Military Analyst / Deputy CIG (Commander’s Initiative Group)

Job Summary

The Senior Military Analyst / Deputy CIG supports strategic planning and communications for AVCOE leadership. This role helps synchronize messaging, strategic initiatives, and executive communications across the aviation enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in development of AVCOE strategic communication plans.
Coordinate strategic messaging with leadership and stakeholders.
Support preparation of executive briefings, speeches, and strategic documents.
Assist with drafting communication products including articles and reports.
Coordinate across organizations to align messaging with aviation modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience with strategic planning and communications
Strong writing and policy development background
Experience supporting senior government leaders
Active Secret clearance required
Minimum 20 years of experience in Army planning, aviation operations, or similar senior military staff roles.
