Project Manager

Location: Remote

Clearance: Active Secret security clearance

Summary

The Project Manager will provide program and project management support for high-visibility IT-oriented projects within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This role requires expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, applying Agile methodologies, and ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation (e.g., project management plan, WBS, risk management plan, schedules).
  • Facilitate Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), working groups, and stakeholder engagement forums.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget while mitigating risks.
  • Support governance processes: planning, scheduling, briefing materials, meeting management.
  • Apply PMI knowledge areas, Agile frameworks, and DoD acquisition processes.
  • Provide studies, analyses, and reports to advise leadership on strategic decisions.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in program/project management (10 years without a degree).
  • PMP certification OR 10 years of verifiable project management experience.
  • 5 years developing PM documentation and using Agile frameworks.
  • 5 years DoD experience, including software development projects.
  • 1–2 years experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Secret security clearance
