Position Summary
The Tier 2 Operations Task Lead manages network operations supporting NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and cloud-based systems, ensuring operational stability and rapid issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead network operations and outage response activities
Monitor and maintain network and cloud infrastructure
Manage incident escalation and technical reporting
Supervise Tier 2 personnel and coordinate surge operations

Required Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
6+ years supervisory experience
Strong experience with VMware, Cisco networking, SIEM, and cloud platforms
