Tier 1 / Help Desk Task Lead

Position Summary
The Tier 1 Task Lead provides senior leadership and technical direction for the Service Desk/Help Desk supporting approximately 900 users and 1,200 endpoints across NIPRNET environments.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise Tier 1 Help Desk personnel in multi-shift operations

Oversee incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation

Ensure performance metrics and service level requirements are met

Provide senior-level technical guidance and system configuration oversight
Required Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance
-
DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (Security+ or equivalent)

Minimum 10 years IT customer support experience

Minimum 6 years supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, Active Directory, SaaS tools
