Position Summary
The Contract Manager serves as the primary authority for all contract performance matters, acting as the single point of contact with the Government. This role provides leadership, coordination, staffing oversight, and compliance management across Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Cybersecurity task areas.
Key Responsibilities

Full authority to act on behalf of the contractor for daily contract performance

Coordinate staffing, certifications, security clearances, and surge support

Serve as primary interface with the COR and Contracting Officer

Manage schedules, on-call support, and operational readiness

Attend recurring and ad-hoc status meetings

Ensure contract compliance with PWS, FAR, and DoD requirements
Required Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance

Extensive experience managing DoD IT service contracts

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Availability during duty hours and on-call for emergencies
