Information Technology Support (ITS) Lead

Location: Monterey, CA

Role Summary
Leads day-to-day IT support operations, ensuring responsive service delivery and operational stability across academic network systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service desk and Tier 2/3 support activities

  • Coordinate incident, problem, and change management

  • Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction

  • Develop SOPs and knowledge base documentation

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT operations/support experience

  • Experience leading enterprise IT support teams

  • ITIL certification preferred
