Program / Contract Manager
Location: Monterey, CA
Client Supported
Supports the Academic Network client in Monterey, CA, providing contract leadership and oversight for enterprise IT services in a Government academic and research environment.
Role Summary
Provides overall leadership, contract oversight, and Government interface for the Academic Network program. Ensures cost, schedule, performance, and compliance objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact with Government stakeholders

Manage contract execution, staffing, and financial performance

Oversee compliance with PWS, SLAs, and reporting requirements

Identify and mitigate program risks and issues

Deliver status reports, briefings, and program documentation
Qualifications
-
10+ years of IT program/contract management experience

Experience supporting Federal or DoD IT environments

PMP or equivalent preferred

Security Clearance: Secret clearance required or ability to obtain
