Role Summary
The Operations & Sustainment Engineer ensures continuous system availability, stability, and performance in a 24x7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily system monitoring and operational checks

Deploy patches, upgrades, and enhancements

Manage backups, recovery, and maintenance releases

Track incidents, metrics, and performance trends

Coordinate with Help Desk and Systems Engineering teams
Qualifications

6+ years of IT operations or system administration experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise platforms

Experience in high‑availability environments
-
Active Secret clearance
