Targeting Instructor/Writer
Summary:
Provides instruction, curriculum development, assessments, and subject matter expertise in support of the U.S. Army Cyber School’s Joint Targeting Analyst (JTA) training. Maintains and delivers training materials, prepares students for operational targeting missions, and ensures compliance with USCYBERCOM, CCoE, and TRADOC standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instruction for the Cyber Effects Application Course (CEAC) using the Army Experiential Learning Model.

Develop and maintain curricula, training materials, and student assessments.

Coordinate with USCYBERCOM, Joint Services, and SMEs to align training with operational standards.

Conduct student evaluations, administer tests, and record performance data.

Maintain classroom conditions and ensure compliance with Cyber School SOPs.

Provide administrative support including schedules, rosters, and progress reporting.
Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance with current SSBI/T5.

2+ years’ experience in offensive cyberspace operations with USCYBERCOM or service component.

Knowledge of Joint Targeting Cycle (JP 3-60) and CJCSI Target Development Standards.

Familiarity with tools such as JTT, IKE, NPW, MIDB, ATRRS, SharePoint, and Blackboard.

Demonstrated experience in at least 6 areas (e.g., target vetting/validation, collateral damage/effects estimation, mission package development, participation in Joint Targeting Cycle).

Strong written and oral communication skills.
