Position Title: Warfighting Function Simulation Support Specialist
Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO
Clearance: Favorable T1 Investigation (Background Check)
Job Summary:
WfF SMEs provide subject matter expertise and instruction in one or more of the six Army warfighting functions during simulation-based and classroom training. They assist in TOC support, event role playing, OPORD interpretation, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Instruct and coach students in the WfFs: Mission Command, Intelligence, Fires, Sustainment, Protection, and Maneuver.

Serve as role players and White Cell participants during exercises.

Analyze and interpret OPORDs and mission briefs to support student understanding.

Provide RFI responses and briefings to reinforce doctrinal application.

Assist in developing and tailoring scenarios to match unit objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years experience in one or more Army warfighting functions.

Prior battalion-level operational experience or equivalent.

Familiarity with FM 6.0, ADP 3-0, and DATE environment.

Strong briefing and doctrinal interpretation skills.
