Summit Technologies is seeking an Network and Mission Command Integration Manager for ACM IBCT is the AFC Capabilities Manager for the SBCT formation. This mission requires intensive interaction with these units, operating force Major Commands, acquisition communities and TRADOC Centers of Excellence.
Purpose: To provide professional services to execute, operate and maintain, and assist in the capabilities development and integration of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) improvements into SBCT formation. This work is intended as a framework for conducting the development, fielding, training, and/or sustainment of all current and future fielded PM SBCT platforms. These services require the contractor to 1) execute, operate, maintain and assist in the integration of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) improvements into SBCT formations; 2) collect, analyze and maintain SBCT unit lessons learned data for use in DOTMLPF integration functions; 3) monitor and/or participate in efforts that impact the integration of DOTMLPF into SBCTs; and 4) monitor and/or participate in specific efforts that impact the integration of DOTMLPF into SBCT formations.
Network and Mission Command Integration Contractor qualifications and prerequisites:
- A minimum of six (6) years of technical experience in fielding, training, sustainment, maintenance, and employment of Army Mission Command Systems while conducting DA operational training or deployment in a maneuver BCT.
- Three (3) years of experience serving in a FORSCOM or AFC organization conducting testing, evaluation, and integration of emerging network and mission command system technologies as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor.
- Experience in tactical network operations, or as a S6 OIC / NCOIC in battalion or brigade field tactical command posts is preferred.
Required Training Courses and Certifications
- CLR 101 Intro to Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS).
- ACQ 101 Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management
- RQM 110 Core Concepts for Requirements Management
- Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Capability Development Level 1
