Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director – Contracts & Billing, the Analyst - Contracts will join a newly established team responsible for supporting the management of the firm’s portfolio of leases and assets. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across ACS, providing support to the Finance, Investment, Credit, Technical, and Marketing teams, and contributing to the development of this new function within a fast-growing, dynamic organisation.

The Analyst - Contracts will be responsible for managing the lease management system (LeaseWorks), ensuring that information is accurately captured from the asset and contract onboarding stage through the lease lifecycle, managing inventory, facilitating portfolio reviews with tailored reports, and providing transaction support.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Upload, audit, and maintain asset and contract data within the Company’s lease management system (LeaseWorks), ensuring executed terms are accurately reflected over the lifecycle of the asset.

·         Track and manage contractual milestones and obligations (e.g., security deposit and insurance renewals), coordinating with internal teams to ensure full and accurate execution of lease terms throughout the lease lifecycle.

·         Support the day-to-day management of maintenance claims, including coordination with internal departments and third-party providers, review of contractual provisions, reimbursement calculations, periodic claims analysis, and updating asset event history in LeaseWorks.

·         Management of utilization recording, MR balances and MR rates.

·         Management of yearly MR escalation workbooks, ensuring rate and reconciliation accuracy under the lease terms, while engaging with operators for de-rate and annual utilisation required for escalation and reconciliation process on all MR aircraft.

·         Driving all system checks during and post redelivery/sale of an asset ensuring correct accuracy of Technical Specifications with provided Technical Records.

·         Liaise closely with Finance, Investment, Credit, Technical, and Marketing teams to provide accurate portfolio information and status updates to aid in-depth portfolio reviews and timely notice of lease milestones (e.g., asset status, inventory, component replacements).

·         Participate in deal teams for airlines within the portfolio, supporting transaction execution and ongoing asset management.

·         Maintain accurate and well-organised lease and asset documentation, ensuring electronic records are complete and hard-copy files are properly archived.

·         Review existing processes and controls, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting quality.

·         Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support the broader team and business objectives.

Our ideal candidate could come from a contracts or lease management position with a leasing company and should have the following qualifications, experience, and key competencies:

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in aircraft leasing or aviation finance in a similar role.
  • Educated to third level in a relevant discipline.
  • Flexible, proactive self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey information clearly, build effective relationships, and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Detail-oriented, numerate, and diligent, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong understanding of how contractual terms impact different areas of the business.
  • Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate time zones, including interaction with Austin- and Dublin-based teams and allocated customers.
  • Demonstrates sound judgement, independent thinking, and a solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive improvement.
  • Working knowledge of lease or contract management systems (e.g., LeaseWorks is preferred system) and a strong understanding of databases and document management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
