The Guest Services Coordinator is a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, contractors, and board members. Handles clerical and administrative duties; provides support to all guests and assists with event needs and ensures that the office operates smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Greets guests using interpersonal communication skills to facilitate services and deliver a world-class guest experience.
· Monitor all activities in and out of the building lobby including deliveries and directing service providers.
· Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails.
· Schedules and coordinates appointments and meetings for all board/conference rooms in the facility and serves as the primary onsite registrar for meetings and events when needed.
· Deliver all mail and packages to ISA staff mailboxes/mail room.
· Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
· Accommodate general and unique requests as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
· Three-five years of experience in office administration/customer service
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
· Associate’s degree in the related service industry.
Physical Requirements
· Normal office working conditions.
· Minimum travel.
· Must be available before and after normal operating hours when needed.
· Some physical demands – may need to lift between 35-50 lbs.
