The role of Sales Operations Analyst is crucial in the Sales Operations Department at EV Connect. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing sales data and trends, creating insightful reports and dashboards for the leadership team, developing, and maintaining KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our sales initiatives, and maintaining our CPQ. In this role, it is essential to have a deep understanding of HubSpot and familiarity with other Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stacks like Gong, ZoomInfo, and CPQ.

The Sales Operations Analyst reports to the Manager of Sales Operations.

The Task at Hand:

  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights for business growth and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards for the leadership team, ensuring they provide a clear view of sales performance and opportunities.
  • Create, update, and track KPIs relevant to the sales department, assisting in goal setting and performance evaluations.
  • Leverage other GTM tech such as Gong and ZoomInfo to gather comprehensive sales insights.
  • Collaborate with BI and sales teams to improve and streamline data collection and analysis processes.
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance our lead scoring mechanism.
  • Work alongside our program sales team to understand their reporting needs and gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Provide support and training to team members on utilizing data and reports effectively.
  • Maintaining and enhancing our CPQ tool, including but not limited to inventory management, updating and maintaining proposal templates, approval workflows and any ad hoc request.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales analysis or related role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and familiarity with other GTM tech stacks like Gong and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
