EV Connect is looking to hire a Senior Accountant responsible for corporate accounting functions including Invoicing, accounts receivable collections, accounts payable processing and other general accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Accounts receivable collections
- Accounts payable processing
- Month-end close, account reconciliations, supporting schedules and journal entries
- Sales tax (US and Canada) and other tax compliance calculations
- Audit support
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a senior accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA a plus)
- Netsuite ERP
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in spreadsheets (v-lookups, filters, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Federal, state and local tax regulations
Experience in:
- Consolidations and Intercompany transactions
- Project management and accounting
- International operations
