EV Connect is seeking an energetic Office/HR Assistant to join our team. You will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. You should be experienced in managing a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse, fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Manage office supplies and snacks and place orders as necessary.
  • Point person for office visitors and office maintenance.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
  • Maintain an organized office environment.
  • Partner with HR to develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Support the Executive Team and others with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with office layout planning and office move.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including doing research, special projects and creating reports.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office assistant role.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Must be a self-starter and driven with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Position is in-office, not remote, and may require long periods of sitting at a desk.
