EV Connect is looking to hire a Customer Program Manager to lead the implementation of EV Infrastructure programs for Fortune 500 customers.  The candidate will be responsible for the operationalization of contractual requirements that need to be operationalized across the EV Connect organization.  They will act as the single point of contact for large customers during the deployment of EV chargers and charger management software.  Projects range from the turnkey deployments of charging stations to the implementation of custom software. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operationalizes contractual obligations to ensure all internal departments are able to achieve requirements.
  • Develops and tracks program schedules and milestones.
  • Leads cross-functional completion of project deliverables and provides status reports to internal and external senior leadership.
  • Organizes, leads, and documents cross-functional team and program status meetings.
  • Aggregates and communicates program status to the project team, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the day-to-day interactions with customers and weekly sync meetings to keep customers updated on progress.
  • Holds internal team members accountable to meet quality and timeline expectations of their deliverables.

 

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in a Project or Program Management role
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, independently, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with customers
  • Strong organizational skills
