We are seeking a talented Customer Engagement Manager to lead customer training, configuration, integration, and consultation for our SaaS and API platform offerings that connect charging stations, drivers, vehicles, sites, and utilities across a variety of smart charging applications and solutions. Your touch will help deliver products that are transforming an industry and will power the future of EV charging. We're looking for a teammate who is customer focused, dedicated, and able to manage multiple implementations at once and keep deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •           Lead customer training, configuration, integration, and consultation for EV Connect’s SaaS and API platform offerings
  •            Liaise with project managers to coordinate software development and hardware deployment tasks and work with other internal teams to support customers as needed
  •           Ensure on-time and in-scope onboarding through effective planning, technical dependency & risk management, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
  •           Drive continuous improvement of onboarding process, streamlining the process and increasing customer satisfaction where possible
  •           Provide status reports to management
  •           Be a product expert and maintain knowledge of EV Connect’s offerings and processes

 

Position Requirements:

  •            5+ years of relevant experience at a B2B SaaS organization; IoT and/or energy industry experience is a plus
  •           Understanding of APIs and ability to guide clients through technical integrations
  •           Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Zoho, etc.
  •           Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams internally and externally
  •           Strong executor that can push through obstacles and challenges to get to the finish line while maintaining impeccable quality and integrity
  •           Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
  •           Comfortable working with offshore teams
  •           Bachelor’s degree in technical field; PMP certification is a plus
