General Duties Responsibilities:

  •           Assisting in the delivery of standard weekly reporting to the Sales Team
  •           Owning the stand-up and compiling of Sales related Documents and Collateral
  •           Collaborating with the Proposal Coordinator to assemble and finalize formal RFPs
  •           Data Cleanup and Duplicate record cleansing in Hubspot
  •           Coordinating internal meetings and maintaining calendars for meetings within the Sales Organization
  •          Completing documents and vendor forms related to the Sales Process
  •          Developing relationships and working closely with the team to recommend additional system and process improvements alongside the Sales Operations Specialist
  •          Performing all other related duties, as assigned

 

Requirements:

  •           1+ year in an Administrative or Business Development Role
  •          Associates Degree Required, Bachelors Preferred
  •           HubSpot/Gong/Adobe PRO Experience a plus
  •           Systems and troubleshooting savvy and capable
  •           Excellent written and verbal communication

The ideal candidate will work best in a fast-paced environment and maintain calm under pressure. This person will have a close working relationship with the Sales Operations Specialist and Proposal Coordinator and be part of a small, but mighty team of doers. With administrative experience, they excel in organization, scheduling, and reporting. They work well with their team and ensure smooth and effective communication.
