EVSE Deployment Project Analyst

EV Connect is looking to hire an EVSE Deployment Project Analyst to oversee the initiation, execution and completion of distributed construction site projects across the country.  Work consists of installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at charging hubs, fleet depots, airports, hotels, parking lots and condominium locations.  Projects range from the turnkey deployments of DCFC charging hubs to the basic install of level 2 chargers.  This role will be responsible for providing support to the deployment operations team pre and post sales, including grant information and applications, site walks, customer reporting, etc. to ensure the on time and on budget installation of charging equipment utilizing 3rd party contractors.  All field work is performed by electrical contractors and installation partners in EV Connect’s extensive contractor network. 

Key Responsibilities

   Assist project management team, as needed, in the deployment of EV charging stations

   Develop expertise on all available grants and rebate programs for EVSE to support pre-sales

   Manage all grant and rebate applications with support of the project manager post-sales

   Ensure data accuracy within ERP (NetSuite) system, including POs, milestone status, etc.

   Support the preparation of close out packages for construction projects with support of the project manager

   Ensure all project documentation and artifacts are being properly being maintained

   Lead distribution of required customer data reports (monthly and quarterly)

 

 

Qualifications

   BA or BS

   1+ years of project management

   Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite)

   Experience with construction (solar, energy storage, EVSE)

   Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
