Key Responsibilities
• Assist project management team, as needed, in the deployment of EV charging stations
• Develop expertise on all available grants and rebate programs for EVSE to support pre-sales
• Manage all grant and rebate applications with support of the project manager post-sales
• Ensure data accuracy within ERP (NetSuite) system, including POs, milestone status, etc.
• Support the preparation of close out packages for construction projects with support of the project manager
• Ensure all project documentation and artifacts are being properly being maintained
• Lead distribution of required customer data reports (monthly and quarterly)
Qualifications
• BA or BS
• 1+ years of project management
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Experience with construction (solar, energy storage, EVSE)
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
