We are recruiting a Technical Onboarding Associate to lead post-sale delivery of hardware and software solutions for resellers of a leading software platform in the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive our partner experience and help deliver best-in-class solutions to their customers, while working cross-functionally with finance, infrastructure teams, sales and marketing. This position will report into the Director of Project Management.

  • Responsible for the post-sale delivery of products and services to EV Connect Network Value Added Resellers ("VAR").
  • Manage reseller/VAR channel implementation, including all preparation for equipment commissioning/activation.
  • Manage Site Host and partner installer communications, collecting data and information, equipment network preparation of network data and information, and ensuring the successful onboarding of EV Chargers to the EV Connect platform.
  • Review Sales orders and Purchase orders for accuracy, consulting SME’s in the Station Operations and Infrastructure teams, as needed.
  • Work with station operations to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of equipment to the EV Connect network.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on key business metrics for senior management; be accountable for the tracking and logistics management of hardware/stations.
  • Manage all invoicing and billing triggers for indirect channels from SO through handoff to Support and Client Success Teams.
  • Partner Onboarding & Planning - Coordinating activities; agreements, admin, training, planning, schedules with sales team.
  • Coordinate and support marketing material and content for channel partners.
  • Attending VAR partner meetings, capturing actions and opportunities to support. Manage meeting agendas, pre-meeting data capture and post meeting actions follow-ups.
  • Assist with supporting calls with VAR partners to establish and maintain standards.
  • Help manage/implement VAR best practices for success.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience working supporting channel/reseller/partner onboarding experience.
  • College degree
  • Project management or process management experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment, be able to manage multiple stakeholders and groups simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Experienced in Sales Operations or Partner Operations, preferably in SaaS.
