EV Connect is leading the paradigm shift in Electric Vehicle charging and is looking for a hardware Partner Program Manager to harden and optimize our tier 1 strategic partner relationships with leading charge station manufacturers and service providers in North America. Partner with sales, marketing, operations, product and support functions to build tightly integrated, market-ready offerings.


Our company is well funded, runs one of the largest charging station networks in North America, doubling in size every year and loaded for bear – we are looking for the right person to own a critical component of operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Run the Hardware Partner Program – identify and develop new charge station manufacturer partnerships which meet current and emerging customer needs

·       Operationalize business partner relationships as defined by business development.

·       Craft and formalize SLAs with each partner.

·       Coordination of sales and support training.

·       Help centralize/streamline communications with partners during operations.

·       Work with business development and sales in a technically supportive role in the areas of hardware.

·       This role will manage a small engineering team that runs product certification programs and supports network and product development.

Preferred Qualifications

·       7+ years of managing business partner relationships; technical program management; channel ops management; sales engineering; electrical/mechanical engineering; external facing technical skills

·       Must be technical to understand products and services.

·       Ability to create template repeatable programs with minimal direction.

·       Experience in Electric Vehicle Industry a big plus.

·       Plus: MBA/equivalent with technical background

·       Problem solver/willingness to climb higher mountains
