Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the head of marketing will own the development of product positioning, sales enablement, and revenue growth through demand generation and ABM campaigns. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing strategist but also someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the work done. The candidate should be creative and analytical and well versed in elevating brands through innovative and compelling storytelling and campaigns.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Execute marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels
  • Establish and oversee ABM programs to engage target accounts to accelerate opportunities for sales
  • Establish formal product marketing discipline to advance strategic initiatives and product launches
  • Develop sales enablement tools and education to support sales team 
  • Develop deep understanding of our the competitive landscape and  target audience and their motivations to build out key messaging opportunities to reach them
  • Drive creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive results 
  • Report on campaign performance and initiate timely recommendations for optimization
  • Establish and maintain segmented nurture tracks to accelerate capture.

    Requirements 

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Customer obsessed, a data geek, and a great storyteller
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, etc.) 
  • A proven track record of success 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help shape the company's strategic direction and identity
