Organizational Overview:

Immunovant is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with a company vision focused on enabling normal lives for patients with autoimmune diseases. Our lead asset, IMVT-1401, is a novel, fully-human, anti-FcRn monoclonal antibody in clinical development for multiple indications, delivered as a subcutaneous injection for the treatment of autoimmune diseases mediated by pathogenic IgG antibodies. The Role:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for general accounting functions, including accruals, intercompany transactions, managing T&E processes, etc. The role will interact with various groups across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general accounting functions as assigned, including prepare, post and reconcile transactions for various general ledger accounts
  • Perform month end account reconciliations
  • Ensure prepared accounting records are properly maintained in the general ledgers
  • Assists with the quarterly review and annual audits by independent auditors, as directed
  • Responsible for maintaining SOX controls for areas of responsibility
  • Take ownership of various areas and systems
  • Identify and implement process and performance improvements
  • Special projects as needed


Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • 2-4 years accounting experience, preferably at a Big 4 organization
  • Experience in fast paced, start-up environments is preferred - able to work comfortably under pressure, frequently changing landscape and tight deadlines

  • Immunovant’s headquarters is located in New York City. The position is flexible for remote work.
