Organizational Overview:

Immunovant is a publicly traded, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative therapies for patients living with autoimmune diseases. We are developing IMVT-1401, a novel, fully human anti-FcRn monoclonal antibody, as a subcutaneous injection for the treatment of multiple autoimmune diseases that are mediated by pathogenic IgG antibodies. Phase 2 clinical development is ongoing with Phase 3 preparations underway.

The Role:

Immunovant is seeking an organized HR Assistant to help support and partner with the HR team as we rapidly grow. The HR Assistant will support HR Operations and Recruiting functions.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule candidate interviews via Zoom or phone calls
  • Ensure CDA forms are fully executed prior to interviews
  • Manage any changes to interview schedule with a positive and proactive approach
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all team members, candidates and external partners
  • Support onboarding administration  including managing new hire intro meetings, scheduling performance workshops and onboarding debrief sessions
  • Initiate and track participation in all required compliance trainings
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed


Requirements:

  • Experience using Outlook including high-volume scheduling
  • Attention to detail along with critical thinking and organizational skills; project management experience a plus
  • Adept at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion and confidentiality
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • 1-2 years of experience including internship experience

 

Work Environment: 

  • Currently remote; this position will be located in Immunovant’s NY office
  • Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Domestic travel may be required (0 - 10%)
