Organizational Overview:

 

Immunovant is a publicly traded, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative therapies for patients living with autoimmune diseases. We are developing IMVT-1401, a novel, fully human anti-FcRn monoclonal antibody, as a subcutaneous injection for the treatment of multiple autoimmune diseases that are mediated by pathogenic IgG antibodies. Phase 2 clinical development is ongoing with Phase 3 preparations underway.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support – 70%*

ELT & VP Group Needs:

  • Coordinates calendars for complex internal/external meetings and conference calls
  • Heavy domestic and international travel coordination
  • Conference & event logistical coordination (internal, external, hybrid and virtual)
  • Business expense reimbursement management
  • Internal contract/procurement management
  • Presentation assistance
  • Basic project tracking
  • Conduct research on specialized topics as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Office Coordinator Support – 30% 

Collaboration with Senior Director, IT & Facilities:

  • General day to day coordination of office, maintenance of office policies as necessary, monitoring and the ordering stationery and snacks
  • Office access including greeting and entering visitors through access management system and temperature scanning system
  • Training new starters on how to use the company space
  • General office FedEx/mail and packages management (setting up/sending/receiving)
  • Conference and meeting room management
  • Management of local office cleaning contractors in Durham
  • Close monitoring of adherence to local office COVID polices

Requirements
:

 

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Office Management experience
  • HS Diploma required; College Degree from accredited institution preferred
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Experience in a reception, front office coordinator and/or office management capacity
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Work Environment:

 

  • Currently remote; The position will be located at Immunovant’s Durham office 
  • Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment 
  • Domestic or international travel are required (~10%)
