Overview:
Immunovant is a publicly traded, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative therapies for patients living with autoimmune diseases. We are developing IMVT-1401, a novel, fully human anti-FcRn monoclonal antibody, as a subcutaneous injection for the treatment of multiple autoimmune diseases that are mediated by pathogenic IgG antibodies. Phase 2 clinical development is ongoing with Phase 3 preparations underway.
Key
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support – 70%*
ELT & VP Group Needs:
- Coordinates calendars for complex internal/external meetings and conference calls
- Heavy domestic and international travel coordination
- Conference & event logistical coordination (internal, external, hybrid and virtual)
- Business expense reimbursement management
- Internal contract/procurement management
- Presentation assistance
- Basic project tracking
- Conduct research on specialized topics as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Office Coordinator Support – 30%*
Collaboration with Senior Director, IT & Facilities:
- General day to day coordination of office, maintenance of office policies as necessary, monitoring and the ordering stationery and snacks
- Office access including greeting and entering visitors through access management system and temperature scanning system
- Training new starters on how to use the company space
- General office FedEx/mail and packages management (setting up/sending/receiving)
- Conference and meeting room management
- Management of local office cleaning contractors in NYC
- Close monitoring of adherence to local office COVID polices
*: % due to change once physically back in the office
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Office Management experience
- HS Diploma required; College Degree from accredited institution preferred
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Experience in a reception, front office coordinator and/or office management capacity
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Work Environment:
- Currently remote; The position will be located at Immunovant’s NY office
- Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
- Domestic or international travel are
