Organizational Overview:

 

Immunovant is a publicly traded, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative therapies for patients living with autoimmune diseases. We are developing IMVT-1401, a novel, fully human anti-FcRn monoclonal antibody, as a subcutaneous injection for the treatment of multiple autoimmune diseases that are mediated by pathogenic IgG antibodies. Phase 2 clinical development is ongoing with Phase 3 preparations underway.

 

The Role: 

 

The Commercial TA Head – TED/WAIHA will play a key leadership role in building the IMVT-1401 product portfolio, working across multiple priority and potential lifecycle indications. The individual in this position will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build the commercialization plan and inform product development.

 

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Partner with cross-functional drug development team to structure clinical trials for priority and lifecycle indications in disease category, with an eye towards commercial considerations (claims supported, relevant endpoints, etc.)
  • Identify commercial implications of development decisions throughout the R&D process
  • Build and implement commercialization strategy across multiple indications, including competitive landscape, target product profiles, life-cycle management strategy, unmet medical needs, and marketing
  • Design and conduct focused primary and secondary market research
  • Work in close collaboration with Neurology Commercial team on pan-indication initiatives, including brand development, market access, external communications, and go-to-market preparations
  • Communicate commercialization strategy to company leadership, external investors, and other key stakeholders
  • Based on approval and commercialization timeline, staff and manage team to execute on commercialization strategy


Requirements:

 

  • BA/BS required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred, but not required
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercialization and clinical trial design

o   Candidate should have direct experience in designing and managing the pre- and post-launch activities for at least two approved agents, including at least one biologic

o   Experience in chronic and rare diseases preferred

  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and ability to research, gather, and analyze market and/or competitive data from both clinical and commercial perspectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate and convey complex ideas to different audiences
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; willing to go above and beyond to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve key objectives in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented 


Work Environment:

 

  • Currently remote-based; will be located in Immunovant’s NY office
  • Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
  • May require up to 20% travel
