Organizational Overview:

 

Immunovant is a publicly traded, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative therapies for patients living with autoimmune diseases. We are developing IMVT-1401, a novel, fully human anti-FcRn monoclonal antibody, as a subcutaneous injection for the treatment of multiple autoimmune diseases that are mediated by pathogenic IgG antibodies. Phase 2 clinical development is ongoing with Phase 3 preparations underway.

 

The Role: 

 

The Director of Global Pricing & Market Access will lead the development and execution of pricing and reimbursement solutions. The individual in this role will serve as the Market Access lead, supporting development and commercialization activities across multiple priority and potential lifecycle indications, with a focus on delivering patient-centered access.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead global payer strategic planning, providing key input into product development and commercial planning decisions
  • Develop and execute strategies to enable optimized access, globally as well as US specific, in preparation for product launch
  • Partner with Marketing, Advocacy, Medical and Clinical to ensure value and access are optimized
  • Lead development of core deliverables to secure pricing and reimbursement in priority markets
  • Manage evidence planning requirements
  • Conduct market research and customer engagement to ensure appropriate feedback and patient-centric approach
  • Support forecast planning assumptions
  • Manage team budget and resources appropriately

 

Requirements:

 

  • BA/BS required; graduate degree in relevant discipline strongly encouraged
  • Minimum 5 years of strategic market access experience; recommend 8 years relevant work experience in pharma/biotech or consulting, including:

o   Direct experience in designing and developing the global P&MA strategies and activities for at least two globally approved therapies

o   Demonstrated expertise in both US and EU reimbursement and pricing processes

o   Experience in chronic and rare diseases preferred

  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare systems and HTA processes; able to provide thought leadership on evolving payer environment and lead internal capability building
  • Ability to integrate cross-functional perspectives to provide strategic vision as well as hands-on execution
  • Proficient in development of the product value story and strategies to facilitate market access
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; highly proficient with MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: willing to go above and beyond to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve key objectives in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented
